DEFINITIONS:

INDUSTRY - includes those at companies and commercial organisations.

NON-PROFIT - includes those at University and other non-profit research organisations.

ESR - Early Stage Researcher: is a researcher in a non-profit organisation whose career spans less than 8 years between the date of PhD/doctorate (or similar experience) and the date of involvement in the COST Action. For clarity, also PhD students are considered to be ESR. Please provide documentation at time of registration.

 

Registration includes: participation in the workshop and poster sessions, conference kit, early morning self-service coffee, mid-morning coffee breaks, lunches, afternoon coffee breaks, aperitif 18th evening.

 

WORKSHOP DINNER AT "OSTERIA DA UGO" - 18TH APRIL 2012:

- hosted by the University of Verona.

Due to limited places available (150 pax) please confirm your participation at the Workshop dinner and the name of accompanying person (if any) in the registration form (pdf). The Workshop dinner contribution for accompanying persons is 50 euro (VAT incl.). The invitation for the dinner will be given to those who confirm their attendance, at the registration desk during the Workshop. Please consult the map for restaurant location.

   

HOW TO REGISTER

In order to register for the Workshop, you are kindly requested to fill in the attached registration form and send it by fax to COGEST M. & C. (+39 045 597265) together with the registration fee payment. The Organizing Agency will send you an official receipt for the payment and further organizing information.

 

You can choose to pay by:

- Money order, to be made to COGEST M. & C., IBAN IT 49H0200811705000005233961, BIC SWIFT UNCRITB1M03, at UNICREDIT BANCA, BRANCH: Piazza Bra 26/e, Verona, Italy. Please specify the surname of the person you are making the payment for. A copy of the bank receipt must be sent with the registration form.

- Credit card, filling in the appropriate box in the form (AMERICAN EXPRESS, DINERS, MASTERCARD/ EUROCARD, VISA)

 

Other forms of payment will not be accepted (postal order, cash, etc.)

 

Forms that DO NOT contain credit card details can be scanned and sent via email to cogest@tin.it

 

ONSITE registration payments can be carried out via Credit Card or Cash ONLY.

 

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

Notification of cancellation by the 31st March 2012 will result in a 70% refund of the total amount paid. Refunds will be made after the conference. Notification of cancellation after this date will result in no refund.
