We offer two options for Illumina HiSeq 1000 and NextSeq 500 sequencing:

  • Illumina library prep + sequencing
  • Only sequencing

Illumina library prep

  • RNASeq (eukariotic): €250 per library (at least 4 samples, less than 4 price on request)
  • gDNA (eukariotic, bacterial): €250 per library (at least 4 samples, less than 4 price on request)
  • Mate-Pairs (from 3Kb to 10 Kb): €1.150 per library (1 size), €1.200 per library (2 sizes), €1.250 per library (3 sizes).

HiSeq 1000 sequencing service using v.3 clusters and sequencing kits

  • Single read sequencing, 50nt reads: (only on request for a complete flow cell) €1.500 per lane
  • Single read sequencing, 100nt reads: (only on request for a complete flow cell) €2.000 per lane
  • Paired-end sequencing, 100nt reads: (only on request for a complete flow cell) €3.500 per lane

Average number of fragments sequenced = 180.000.000

NextSeq 500 Sequencing service using v.2 sequencing kits

  • HighOutput – 300 cycles: (only on request for a complete flow cell) €8.000 per flow cell
  • HighOutput – 150 cycles: (only on request for a complete flow cell) €5.000 per flow cell
  • HighOutput – 75 cycles: (only on request for a complete flow cell) €2.800 per flow cell
  • MidOutput – 300 cycles: (only on request for a complete flow cell) €3.500 per flow cell
  • MidOutput – 300 cycles: (only on request for a complete flow cell) €2.200 per flow cell

Average number of fragments sequenced = HighOutput 400.000.000 / MidOutput 130.000.000

  • Transcriptome assembly, evaluation of expression levels and differential expression analysis

DNA-Seq data analyses

  • Annotation
  • De novo assembly

Costs will be evaluated on request.
